Peerstar and Magellan Behavioral Health of PA Host "Reinforcing Recovery: How the Mental Health and Criminal Justice Systems Collaborate to Promote Recovery"



Peerstar LLC and Magellan Behavioral Health of PA, Inc. are hosting a training on Reinforcing Recovery and focusing on the Criminal Justice System and Forensic Peer Support.  Presenters include: Michael Rowe, Ph.D.; Chyrell D. Bellamy, Ph.D., M.S.W.; J. Steven Lamberti, M.D.; Matthew R. Federici, M.S., C.P.R.P. and Dirk Matson, Ph.D., L.S.W.


Dr. Rowe is Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Co-Director of the Program for Recovery and Community Health in the Yale School of Medicine.


Dr. Bellamy is the Director of Peer Services/Research and an Assistant Professor of Yale University's Department of Psychiatry, Program for Recovery and Community Health (PRCH).


Matthew Federici is the Executive Director for the Copeland Center for Wellness and Recovery.  


Dr. Lamberti is Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Rochester Medical CEnter, where he serves as Director of teh Schizophrenia Research Program and Chair of the Research Subject Review Board for Social and Behavioral Sciences.


Dr. Matson is a board member for Westmoreland County Community College and is on the Ethics Board of the PA Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers.  Dr. Matson is the Director of Human Services of Westmoreland County.
