Wellness Coaching is designed to assist individuals with mental health disorders achieve and maintain physical health and wellness goals. Wellness Coaches do not give advice, rather they help individuals problem solve, brainstorm, and develop a wellness plan.

Wellness Coaching helps individuals to assess their health and wellness and look for areas of improvement. Once the individual identifies an area that is important to them, the Certified Peer Specialist and individual problem solve barriers and set plans to achieve and maintain goals
