WHAT WE OFFER
Flexible, fully-integrated peer support
One-on-one peer support
Up to four hours daily of support for residents struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and other qualifying mental health and behavioral diagnoses.
Flexible integration
Our Certified Peer Specialists work within your existing schedules and follow all care protocols. No disruption to your routines.
Ongoing communication
Daily check-ins with unit managers and nurses. Weekly coordination with your social work team. Monthly care conferences with administration. So your staff stays informed.
Easy referral process
We work with your team to identify appropriate residents who may qualify for care, adjust engagement based on readiness, and maintain regular coordination throughout.
